Real Estate Sources, LLC (RES), a division of Real Practices, Inc. (RPI), is focused on residential and commercial real estate development, sales, and property management. This division is currently under the direction of Jim Knight (RPI President & CEO) who personally oversees the development and sales portion of the division.

Separate from development and sales, Real Estate Sources, LLC (RES) is responsible for administration of all rental properties under the RPI umbrella. This group manages a variety of different property types consisting of houses and multi-family properties as well as commercial sites. Commercial sites include medical office buildings in Fayetteville, Hot Springs, and Russellville Arkansas. Leased residential properties managed by RES are in Russellville, Atkins, Elkins, and Fayetteville Arkansas.

All properties managed by RES are found in the online tool AppFolio. This tool allows us to standardize data and tap into online marketing avenues, as well as easily communicate with our tenants and applicants.
