Real Estate Sources, LLC

Real Estate Sources, LLC (RES) is the division of Real Practices Inc. (RPI) focused on residential and commercial real estate development, sales, and property management. This division is currently under the direction of Jim Knight (CEO – RPI) who personally oversees the development and sales portion of the division.

Separated out from development and sales, the real estate management group is responsible for all rental properties and storage facilities under the Real Practices, Inc. (RPI) umbrella. This group currently manages seven (7) different property groups, consisting of houses and multifamily properties. In addition to these property groups, the RES manages West Main Mini Storage (WMMS) and the storage facility’s U-Haul rental operations. On the commercial side, medical office buildings in Rogers, Fayetteville, Hot Springs, and Russellville make up our portfolio. Leased residential properties managed by RES are located in Russellville, Atkins, Elkins and Fayetteville, AR.

All properties managed by RES are stored in the online tool Appfolio, which allows us to standardize data and tap into online marketing avenues for its properties, as well as easily communicate with tenants.
